Year 11 End of School Arrangements

1. Students will no longer be expected to attend school lessons after Thursday 15th June 2017. This means that following the GCSE Physics exam (P4, P5, P6) on Friday 16th June MOST Year 11 students will then be on study leave from 10am and should go home. The exception to this is those sitting the GCSE Resistant Materials exam. They will stay in school to study in preparation for their exam (which starts at 1.20pm that afternoon).

Students studying for the Further Additional Science exams are expected in for exams and revision sessions during the week beginning 19 June (details from Science staff).

2. The Leavers' assembly will take place at 11.45am on Friday 23rd June. Students should meet in A Block Foyer at that time. Students sitting the Further Additional exam that morning will be welcome to stay in C7 between the end of the exam and the start of the assembly.

3. The End of School Prom will take place on 29th June at Batch Farm, Lympsham. Dress code is formal. Official photography will capture the arrival of students from 6.30pm onward. Students must be present at 7.20pm at the latest as food will be served at 7.30pm. The event will finish at approximately 11.30pm - 12 midnight.

4. Results will be available to collect on Thursday, 24th August 2017 from 9.00am in B Block. Yearbooks will also be issued on this day.
